We are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our Leeds team.

Are you passionate about implementing and improving Talent Acquisition strategies to attract the best candidates? Do you come from a recruitment background with experience of recruitment pipelines and effectively delivering them? Are you looking to move into an inhouse role to work with an amazing group of humans that will help you develop and achieve your professional goals and aspirations while being a true advocate for our team?  

What we are looking for:

Whilst there are some things that we require, we much prefer to put an emphasis on charisma and a can-do attitude. If you don’t have all the below attributes but would like to join Perform Partners, don’t worry, get in touch, it’s always better to have a catch up to understand how you would fit in. 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition preferably in technical and business change 
• Desire to be the driving force to form and own our talent acquisition strategy and recruitment pipeline 
• Ability to communicate with all levels of seniority as a human and deliver with passion 
• Application of effective, proactive and targeted recruitment methods to attract high calibre candidates in challenging technical roles 
• Use internal and external data and market intelligence to inform the sourcing strategy and build attraction plans 
• Keep an active professional network through participation in virtual and face to face events 
• A natural curiosity with a passion for problem solving 
• Passionately deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience 
• Due to our growth, it will be essential to this role to make decisions, manage expectations and ensure we are continuously improving.  

Whilst the below are not essential, they would be useful and will help you to stand out from the crowd. 

• Experience in working in Technology, Real Money Gaming, Financial Services and Utilities 
• Previous experience within Technology & Digital recruitment markets 
• Experience of working for a Client Services Organisation

Location:

Hybrid / Leeds / Customer On-site.

Work practices are flexible, currently we are working remotely, at customer sites and out of our offices in Horsforth and Leeds; our individuals choose what works best for them and the customer.
