Project Horror Stories

and How to Survive Them!!!

Project-Horror-Stories-Perform-Partners-Roundtable

Welcome to an exclusive roundtable for Senior Change Leaders!

Gather around the campfire (metaphorically speaking!) for an evening of candid conversations and real-world insights.

Project Horrors is an exclusive roundtable event limited to just 20 senior change leaders, where you’ll share and hear tales of the most terrifying, high-stakes project challenges — whether they’re in the past or happening right now.

This is a safe space to share experiences and learn from others across sectors. You can engage in a facilitated discussion with no tricks, only the treat of avoiding the same mistakes. Fun and informal but with a purposeful aim to connect and share knowledge.

Join like-minded change professionals as we recount spine-chilling stories of project nightmares, scope-creep disasters, and even the lurking spectre of daunting compliance issues.

From technical meltdowns to the pressures of looming compliance deadlines, this event is your chance to discuss the most daunting obstacles you’ve encountered. Some attendees may share stories of past horrors that have been overcome, offering valuable lessons learned, while others might be seeking advice on navigating current nightmares.

Whether you’ve conquered a project disaster or are looking for help to overcome one, this is your space to connect, share, and learn.
