Rob gets a real buzz meeting new people, developing new relationships, helping our customers and working with our partners. Focused on business development, he’s the guy you’ll probably first meet and has Perform Partners passion, vision and strategy at the core of him like a stick of rock!
As one of the Co-Founders, Rob takes an active role across all aspects of the business and is currently focused on business development, existing customers and our partnership strategy. Listening to customers, translating their needs and being obsessive about the level of service Perform Partners are capable of, he ensures our customers challenges are understood and translated into the various supporting functions to ensure a seamless experience for each customer. His attention to detail and creative background ensures the Perform Partners brand and marketing retains the original values and simplicity we bring to every conversation.
Rob’s career has always had the end customer in mind. Gaining invaluable start up experience with successes like Freeserve to developing a deep understanding of change with organisations such as Orange, EE, William Hill, Sky, BAE Systems, Capita & DXC. 10+ years consultancy experience has provided great insight into understanding how business transformation can make a difference.
Away from the business, Rob enjoys any kind of physical challenge, skiing is his go to family holiday – teaching his three kids to ski has been his greatest achievement. He has recently found Crossfit and wants to take it to the next level and compete. He also enjoys a glass of red!
