Maximising Public Sector Value with Discounts and Innovation Support

Paul Rhodes, speaking to Shaun Walsh. Both Co-founder Directors at Perform Partners

This event will focus on strategies for unlocking support, savings, and successful modernisation within the public sector.

The UK public sector faces mounting pressure to modernise, reduce expenditure, and deliver faster, more efficient public services — all while operating under close scrutiny and within constrained budgets. While cloud adoption is a core enabler, many organisations face persistent barriers, from fragmented procurement and legacy systems to skills gaps and the rising complexity of digital governance.

To help address this, the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) have launched the One Government Value Agreement (OGVA), enabling secure, cost-effective, and scalable cloud adoption across the entire public sector. OGVA provides discounts, training, and credits to help organisations scale digital skills, modernise legacy systems, and adopt emerging technologies.

As OGVA is available through the AWS Partner Network, this session is your opportunity to hear directly from Perform Partners and AWS about what the programme means in practice. As an AWS Partner with a proven track record of delivering cloud-enabled transformation for institutions like the University of Sheffield, Perform Partners brings the insight and experience to help public sector organisations turn OGVA into meaningful progress.
