The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025

We’re pleased to share some brilliant news: Perform Partners has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for 2025, for the second year in a row.

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work celebrates organisations across the UK where people feel respected, supported, and motivated in their day-to-day work. It shines the light on workplaces where people genuinely enjoy what they do and who they do it with.

The list is based on an independent survey run by WorkL, which our team completed in March. The survey asked about key aspects of working life, such as trust, communication, personal growth, and well-being. Once gathered, the responses were compared against national and international benchmarks. We’re proud to say that not only did our scores remain strong; they rose in some of the areas that matter most.

What Makes Perform a Best Place to Work?

Because this recognition is based entirely on employee feedback, it’s especially meaningful. The results are based on an anonymous survey and provide a real sense of how people feel about working at Perform. We’re proud to share a few of the standout results from our 2025 submission.

“We’re proud of what we’ve built and we’re excited to keep building on it. Awards like this are a lovely reminder of what’s possible when people feel trusted and appreciated” – Kristy Dean, Head of People & Culture.

Key Highlights from 2025

  • Overall Engagement Score: 92%
We’ve maintained the same excellent score as last year. With anything above 80% considered exceptional, this tells us that people feel deeply engaged — not just in their roles, but in the company’s direction, values, and way of working.
  • Response Rate: 71%
Up from 67% last year, this increase shows growing participation and trust in how we gather and act on feedback. It also speaks to the strong sense of shared ownership across the business, our people know their voices matter.
  • Six Steps to Workplace Engagement: All Above 87%
The survey measures six key areas known to influence workplace experience (Reward & Recognition, Information Sharing, Empowerment, Wellbeing, Instilling Pride, and Job Satisfaction)Scoring over 87% across all six shows we’re building a genuinely positive experience across the board.
  • Wellbeing Score: 95%
This is one of our highest scores — and one of the most important. With the industry average sitting at 76% and the global benchmark at 73%, our 95% result reflects the real care we take in supporting both the mental and physical health of our team.
  • Purpose and Impact Score: 91%
When asked if they feel they’re doing something worthwhile, 91% of our team said yes. That’s a score you’d usually expect from non-profits. To see it in a consultancy setting tells us people understand the impact of their work and take real pride in it.
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 82
This score measures how likely someone is to recommend Perform as a place to work and anything over 70 is considered excellent. An NPS of 82 tells us our team not only feels good about their experience here but actively encourages others to join. It’s a clear sign of strong morale, trust, and belief in what we’re building together.

Thank You to Our Team

Thank you to everyone at Perform for helping us achieve this. This award isn’t just about recognition, it’s about how we show up for each other every day. It’s about the way we listen, collaborate, and support one another.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come and even more excited about where we’re going. The next internal eNPS survey is coming soon, and we’re looking forward to hearing more of our team’s thoughts as we continue to grow and improve.

Here’s to another year of meaningful, rewarding work… together as a team.

Congratulations to all the brilliant companies that made the list.
