Supporting an international customer on a large-scale business separation delivery, separating the William Hill US arm of the business during the acquisition by Caesars Entertainment. We led the programme to facilitate the technical separation, coordinating through our governance methodology and managing third-party suppliers alongside the internal William Hill team and Caesars Entertainment teams.
