Perform Partners has been featured on the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list

As far as recognitions go, this is one we’re especially proud of! Perform Partners has made the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for a third consecutive year!

Each year, The Sunday Times Best Places to Work recognises organisations with outstanding employee experience and workplace culture. The list is entirely based on anonymous and voluntary employee feedback gathered through a workplace engagement survey, measuring areas such as reward and recognition, wellbeing, empowerment, information sharing, pride and job satisfaction.

Together, these measures give a rounded picture of how people genuinely feel about their experience at work.

We’re proud of every award we’ve received, but this one feels different because it reflects the culture our people shape every day. It’s a reminder that culture isn’t just something we talk about. It is something we genuinely care about, invest in and continue to nurture by listening to our people and creating an environment where all of us can thrive.

The real value is in what we’ve heard through the surveys over the years. It gives us a clearer view of what’s working well and where we can improve, so we can better support our people and create an environment where teams feel trusted, valued and able to do their best work.

What Makes Perform Partners a Sunday Times Best Place to Work?

This is an award that comes directly from our people. It reflects the honest feedback they continue to share and the experience of working at Perform day to day.

Here’s what one of our Co-founders & Directors, Rob Smith, commented:

“Being recognised by The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the third year running is a real achievement, but what makes it meaningful is that it comes directly from our people. Their feedback tells us what’s working, where we can improve, and how strong the culture at Perform Partners continues to be.

As a professional services business, people are at the core of what we do. Knowing people in Perform Partners are engaged, recognised, informed, looked after and challenged in what they do is a sign the heart of the business is beating strong.

A personal thank you from me to everyone at Perform Partners. It’s you who achieved this recognition. You deserve it and it’s a pleasure to work alongside each and every one of you.”

We’re pleased to share a few of the standout results from 2026:

  • Overall Engagement Score: 94%
We’ve improved again this year, up from 92% in 2025 and 2024. With anything above 80% considered exceptional, this shows not just strong engagement, but a team that is genuinely connected to how we work, what we’re building and where we’re heading.
  • Response Rate: 86%
Up from 71% last year and 67% the year before, this is a big shift. More people are choosing to share their views, which tells us there is trust in the process and belief that feedback leads to action.
  • Six Steps to Workplace Engagement: All Above 91%
The survey measures six core areas that define workplace experience. In 2026, every single one scored above 91%, up from 87%+ last year. The consistency matters and it shows we are not strong in just one or two areas, but building a balanced, positive experience across the board.
  • Confidence in Management: 91%
Up from 89% in 2025 and 2024, this reflects growing and sustained trust in leadership. It tells us that people feel supported by their managers, understand decisions and believe in the direction of the business.
  • Empowerment: 96%
Up from 91% in 2025, this is one of our standout scores. More people feel trusted to make decisions and take ownership. This is important because empowerment is what turns engagement into action.
  • Pride and Job Satisfaction: 95%
Both have increased from 93% last year. These scores reflect how people feel day to day. Not just that they enjoy the work, but that they are proud to be part of what we are building.
  • Purpose and Impact: 92%
When asked if they feel they are doing something worthwhile, 92% of our team said yes, up from 91% last year. That level of purpose is not a given in consulting. It shows people understand the value of their work and the difference it makes.
  • Net Promoter Score (eNPS): 94
Up significantly from 82 last year. This measures how likely people are to recommend us as a place to work, and anything above 70 is considered excellent. A score of 94 tells us our team not only believes in what we are doing, but actively advocates for it.

Thank You, You’ve Been Brilliant

Thank you to everyone at Perform for making this recognition possible. Being featured again means a lot and what sits behind it matters most: the way our people support each other, share ideas and challenge each other to be better.

This year’s results show real progress, but they also remind us that culture is something we keep building together. As we continue to grow, we want to keep listening, learning and improving.
